to create a new community garden in the Atkinson Street neighborhood of Bellows Falls. The garden will serve primarily low-income gardeners who live and work in the Atkinson neighborhood. As a member of the Atkinson Garden, gardeners will also have access to workshops on gardening, food storage, and cooking to help them achieve success in their gardens and in making healthy lifestyle choices. The garden will also serve as an opportunity to create community in an under-served neighborhood by encouraging the active participation of all members and creating a space where families can learn and grow together.
