All Farmers is an organization of and for refugee and immigrant farmers and their communities in the Connecticut River Valley. We recognize the inherent power and agency of refugee and immigrant farmers to meet the needs of their communities. We support the priorities of these farmers through advocacy and assist them in navigating the barriers—structural racism, limited financial resources, lack of English fluency—that hinder their progress towards food autonomy. By creating opportunities for these farmers to stay farmers, they maintain a piece of their culture and identity in the face of displacement and loss.
