We are a municipal public library and our main goal is to be a reliable resource to our community and surrounding area. In addition to a large collection of books covering a vast variety of topics, we promote programs that will enlighten the public on strategic subjects that will help them become better environmental stewards. Where we are a rural area that abounds with forests, lakes, and rivers, many of the programs we present have to do with conservation and protection of wildlife. It is our goal to encourage appreciation and respect for the beautiful area we live in and all of its inhabitants, humans and animals alike.
