Our purpose is to teach kids in our local community the skills and artistry of Highland Scottish Dance, an artform that builds self confidence and resilience, has little to no carbon footprint, and offers kids a unique activist platform; we believe that a highland event (similar to a community field day and typically features Highland dance performance) will help to foster community and give  children from lower-income families access to the arts.
