BWINH Inc. exists to build a sustainable, resilient Black community in New Hampshire and beyond by addressing the systemic barriers of racism, sexism, and gender discrimination. We focus on leadership development, economic solidarity, and cultural reconnection, ensuring that Black individuals—especially those historically excluded—have access to spaces of healing, learning, and collective power.Our programs, like Black Womxn Lead, provide leadership training, community care models, and economic education to equip Black women with tools to navigate and transform their communities. Our Social Club fosters connection, joy, and advocacy, building strong networks of support.Through this work, we strive to reclaim our cultural and economic agency, deepen relationships within our community, and create lasting systems of mutual care. We are not just responding to injustice—we are building a future where Black communities thrive on their own terms.
