Our mission is to empower youth from refugee, immigrant, New American, and culturally diverse communities to rise into leaders and agents of change through holistic support services, youth programming & education, leadership training, and community advocacy. *We combine education with holistic development and support to build successful pathways toward youth achievement, empowerment, and leadership in a variety of areas with the following goals:

1. We will empower and support youth in developing their character and talents to find their purpose, reach their potential, and become a leader and changemaker in their community and beyond.
2. We will establish and provide holistic development support models to ensure youth health, safety, and success to become empowered in leadership roles within their communities.
3. We will empower and educate youth in areas of racial justice and equity to ensure safety, success, and unification through leadership within their community.
4. We will nurture empowered youth to engage in continuous reciprocation with our program to ensure the longevity of empowerment and leadership, and ultimately, create essential systemic change.

For the youth we serve, our city has barriers to opportunities and limited services and safe spaces for culturally diverse youth. We provide a new strategy for making programs and services safe and accessible to our participants, while providing guidance, education, and advocacy to empower and support them.
