Founded in 2017, Indonesian Community Connect (ICC) serves as the vital bridge connecting the Indonesian diaspora with the broader community of Southeast New Hampshire. We act as a central resource hub for local government, valued collaborators, and our immediate community to facilitate mutual understanding and promote the richness of Indonesian diversity. Currently transitioning from a physical location to a high-impact remote and digital support model, ICC remains the primary navigator for our stakeholders by establishing direct access to essential services and building the relationships necessary to ensure resources are accessible to all. We are requesting a Grow Grant to support the 13th Annual Somersworth Indonesian Festival (SIF), our most significant initiative for community development. In these sensitive times, the festival serves as a critical bridge to provide access to public health and food security resources, while showcasing the people-to-people relations and cultural assets that make New Hampshire a more vibrant, inclusive home for all.
