Dorchester, like many other neighborhoods, suffers from disinvestment and injustices. Here, we have a moment to create cross-class, multi racial solidarity to support our neighbors (with groceries, meal deliveries, cash assistance, etc) who are hit hardest by COVID. We love our neighborhood and community, and we know that we all need each other in this moment. We are putting Dorchester Community Care together to honor those who have always been building up their block and neighborhood and for others to build strong connections- we all have something to offer and we all have something we need.
