Our purpose is to coordinate community resources, to identify and support opportunities for improvement in the quality of life. ICP works to leverage public and private resources to achieve historic preservation, energy conservation, economic growth and environmental sustenance. Through the creation and actualization of plans to support local cultural, environmental and physical resources, ICP strives to engage stakeholders at all levels, including those who are currently under-represented, in order to foster a shared sense of place.
