To plan, design and implement an "outdoor nature classroom" for use by children ages 2-5 during the course of each day at their early learning center. To expand use of the space for the families on weekends, and ultimately to invite young children and their families from the surrounding community to make use of the space on periodic special occasions. Environmental education by a professional teaching staff and volunteers from area environmental organization developmentally-appropriate for very young children will be part of the experience.
