The Waltham Farmers' Market (WFM) has been operating in downtown Waltham since 1991. Working together with local producers and small farms, the mission of the WFM is to provide access to healthy fresh affordable food for the Waltham community; to provide a community gathering space; and to enhance downtown Waltham. To promote its mission, the WFM offers matching funds to Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)/Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) recipients who attend the market.
