We aim to support the good health and welfare of immigrants, refugees, internally displaced/homeless, and asylum-seekers. We provide access to care and community resources. We are building a cadre of Arabic-speaking community health workers focusing on building a healthy family that includes each member. We deliver critical programming on important aspects of health, elder care, and youth summer and winter sports camps and leagues. We are creating and delivering through multiple channels of dissemination specialized messaging to different groups about preventing disease and recognizing symptoms of disease within their own family or community. But our biggest effort revolves around providing transportation for job holders, and students, and for taking young people on field trips and college visits, to obtain housing vouchers and GA benefits, etc.
