Pathway to Better Health (PTBHealth) is a community-rooted health clinic proudly dedicated to serving the Queer & Trans community across the Merrimack Valley (in both Massachusetts & New Hampshire) centering BIPOC individuals through medical services, hormone therapy, mental health support, social services and care navigation. As a practice, we go far beyond the clinical—our work is grounded in affirmation, equity, and the radical belief that Queer people deserve access to comprehensive, compassionate healthcare. PTBHealth created a mutual aide network, Chroma Community Coalition (C3) consisting of patients and Queer community members who volunteer their time to addresses key social determinants of health (SDoH): housing, food access, social isolation, & access to hygiene products & clothing.
