Heart & Soil Collective's mission is to connect people to the land where their food grows, making healthy, local food and hands-on agricultural experiences accessible to all. We are a Berkshire County nonprofit that feeds people, supports local farms and connects the community through agriculture. We purchase produce directly from local farms, deliver at no cost directly to seniors, families with children receiving terminal pediatric care and members of the trans community. We host farm tours, workshops and build community gardens to connect the community to the land where their food is growing. Our interconnected programs multiply our impact across the Berkshires. We believe: We all share collective responsibility to nourish our community, access to fresh local food is essential for good health and is a human right, growing your own food provides peace of mind and connecting to the earth helps us connect to each other.
