The mission of Don’t Know Your Limit is to empower low-income students through out of classroom learning. We bridge the gap between low income students who live in urban areas in Massachusetts and meaningful group experiences in nature. Strategic outdoor education experiences enhance learning, boost self-esteem, and contribute positively to the students’ lives and community. Students are more likely to care about their environment and will work to protect it if they have contact with it. Each summer we facilitate outdoor adventure experiences for over 800 students and throughout the school year we facilitate weekly out of classroom learning experiences with our Lawrence High School students. Students love our programs and our next chapter is hiring former student participants as trip leaders.
